Customer service is terrible at this location! I went inside and waited in line. When i got to the front I asked for a dozen... donuts. The cashier helping me didn't ask what donuts I wanted, instead asked if thats all i wanted. I asked if I need to tellher what donuts I wanted. She said Oh, well can i help the person behind you? I asked why as i didn?t understand. She said sothat she could help her first as my order might take a while. I knew what I wanted as I figured that out while I myself waitedin line. I can only conclude that she knew the person behind me and wanted to help her first. Completely ridiculous! I cannotunderstand why she didn't want to help me. The drive thru is really tight for people with larger vehicles and I had to wait in line for a good bit before I got without a... doubt the worst cup of coffee I've ever had which is saying something because I've been buying coffee multiple times a week foryears just at different locations. I don?t know I always get a latte and it seems like they take plain old coffee and put it in the latte half the time it tastes... great the other half it tastes not so great I don?t understand why? Staff is friendly and fast but the coffee is all over the place. I get the same drink every time from every Dunkin I go to so I... know how it should taste. First they used dairy milk and didn't add the swirls. Went in to have it remade and they basicallygave a cup of oatmilk with ice. Couldn't taste the coffee at all and the swirls were left out again. I been coming to this particular Dunkin Donuts since I move here after having my home built. Went thru drive thru and use my... scan pay rewards card and never received my points as it wasn't scanned correctly by store manager name Linda. I went thru todayand ordered online for wife and I and told them I was just Herr two days ago and didn't received my points or credits per dayson visit per month. The store manager Linda walked up and became very confrontational with me as I was trying to explain sherudely kept interrupting myself during conversation . I told her it may have been human error and she said and I quote " Ohwell not my problem what do you want me to do about it". I ask for her name and dad I'll contact corporate about it and abouther attitude. She laughed and stated go ahead they won't do anything about it. Im a retired law enforcement officer and I mustsay the customer service has really gone down in last few years. I must say if the store managers have an attitude i can onlyimagine that the most of the employees probably act the same way. Read more
