Michelle's voice at the box was clipped to begin with, then I forgot to order the second coffee and asked to order it at the... window. Michelle did not like this. Michelle was huffy to the person ordering at the box saying to hold on, someone wasordering at the window. Then Michelle yelled out the order, again saying 'ordering at the window'. Michelle then told theheadset, 'I'm sorry about that, someone was ordering at the window'. I was starting to feel like some kind of Dunkin criminal.Broke some Dunkin law. I went inside to complain but no one acknowledged I was there. This was not the way I wanted to start myday. I'll avoid this Dunkin. Burger King told me 'I rule' and they seemed like they were happy to help me with my order. That'sthe way to start the day. Read more
The two young ladies that served us were very polite and helpful. They served us some great drinks and looked for more ways to... assist us, suggesting expresso for my friend as he was saying he needed something strong to wake him up. Out of my entire timethere the only issue was the temperature was at 65 and felt like an ice box. But the place was clean the people kind and it wasa nice time. Read more
Wasn't greeted with a hello, instead it was wait a minute, I was the first and only one in the drive through the entire time..... the lady taking the order today didn't understand what an iced latte is. I was then made to pull forward with no other cars inthe drive through. While I waited 7 minutes for my order or 3 iced coffees, that turned out to be milk with a splash of coffee. Read more
I didn?t get their names, but the two young ladies who I ordered from around 4:30pm today were so kind and friendly and really... went above and beyond to get my order for me. It?s been a rough day and such a simple, kind interaction was really all I neededto perk up a bit, even just for the rest of the day. Thank you guys for working with smiles on your faces. Read more
The two ladies working today were so unprofessional and rude. especially the younger caucasian lady. She was literally yelling... at the guy at the drive thru window because he added to my order while I was at the window. I told her that it wasn't thatserious and she just ignored me and continued yelling at the dude. I will never go there again. I decided to go there instead ofBurger King because they had awful reviews, they couldn't be worse than this Dunkin Doughnuts. To the young man at the window,thank you for staying very professional. Its a small Dunkin Donuts with limited parking and if you park and walk in the line from the drive thru will probably block you... in on a busy morning (which is almost every morning) so I parked in the tires plus parking lot. My breakfast sandwich waspretty good but for $4 its a little pricy compared to some other places. Inside was clean and the staff was friendly and mysandwich was cooked correct. Parking is just a real issue here. Read more
Slow and rude. Was greeted at the drivethrough with ? can you wait?? There is a new level of attitude with every order. I?m not... coming back to this location. They make you wait in the drive through before attempting to start your order despite it beingglaringly obvious there is no one in store or waiting in the drive through. Read more
