I think if you order a drink that is supposed to have certain toppings (cinnamon, caramel, the cookie crumbles.. etc, u should... get it) . There is a girl in there who never makes the drink correctly and it?s never stirred properly. I was also asked once ifI?d like a free donut for waiting so long, to look at my receipt and see that the manager actually charged me $2 for a charityevent they had going on. I still continued going for a while because i used to love dunkin but this store never does right. Read more
They don't listen when you are ordering at drive thru... I always order my frozen drink frozen Carmel coffee Xtra thick 1 shot... of expresso, there is only one person there that if she is working my drink comes out right.. I am about ready to stop going tothis dunkin it has really gone down in service over the past year. Read more

Wow what horrible service w that many in ther jus milking the clock and this is coming from a Dunkin manager myself that whole... place needs to clean house with attitude & disrespect to there customers, order was completely wrong and they had no care, notto mention the drive threw was taking only one order at a time w line wrapped round the building I asked for my daughterspumpkin donut to b in the avocado box so the decorations would stay put she shouted at me like as if to scald me screaming ?they don?t go in a box? maybe they don?t but if the people making ur check ask u to do so u should no questions asked and if u rrunning the drive threw why is she yelling all orders into the restaurant from front computer??The coffee tasted old ther was nowhip nor cinnamon as I asked and the lil punk giving me my money back basically was laughing at me over the whole issue if udon?t want to hav a bad start of ur day don?t go here!!!! On 6/14/2022 I was ordering at the drive thru, the representative was extremely rude and disrespectful she kept cutting me off &... saying that?ll be extra with every request I made for my Mother?s drink. She was getting verbally aggressive I?ve neverexperienced something like this before. My disabled mother wanted almond milk in her coffee and the employee was extremely rudeand refused us service. My kids were devastated because my daughter?s birthday was the next day and she wanted some donuts toadd to her Unicorn Party. They slammed the window in my face and locked the door. Then proceeded to served 3 other customers andcalled the police on us. I?m trying to contact coorperate because Me, my kids and Mother are traumatized from this Experience.No customer should have to go through this. The manager should review the camera. Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service. I do not know how a business can run when it?s only teenagers in the store. They cannot do... refunds they can?t hear what you say because the speaker is horrible in the drive thru and they don?t listen. Placed our ordergot to the window and paid for it. When they handed us the drinks they were wrong and when I said they were not what I ordered Iwas told that is what I ordered. I said no it?s not then a young girl came out and told me that this is what I ordered and thatthey can?t be wasting product because I didn?t ordered the item correctly. At which point I became upset. Who treats theircustomers this way!! I know what I ordered it?s not my fault you can?t put it in the register correctly!! Then I was told toleave the drive thru after asking for my money back!! I am Not leaving if I did not get my order and you refuse to refund mymoney. Then after leaving me sit at the drive thru someone finally came back and agreed to make the order correctly. But thesandwich?s then were made wrong. Someone needs to come in and change the manager out of this store as she wasn?t even there whenwe had the issue. She is also allowing teenagers to run a place is unacceptable. A manager or assistant manager needs to bethere this business is run very irresponsibly. On a family trip to the area, we stopped at this store to get some coffee and stuff for the kids before we head home. We were... the only one at the store, two nice attendants at the time. one star review for cleanliness, the place looked trashed, countersoccupied with a ton of marketing propaganda, ALL trash can to the max in and outside of the store; all tables were dirty; thebathroom smell pretty bad. Our order took a descent amount amount of time I?d say. Pretty sad, with such a beautiful andrecently renovated building. Store needs more attention. Read more
