I went through drive thru. The lady kept saying hello may I take your order. I said hello she said it again. My passenger said... give us a minute we gotta look at menu. I decided not to buy anything the lady rubbed me the wrong way. He got a mocha icecoffee with whipped cream. Get to the window she was still rude as hell. Didn't give him whipped cream. When we said where's thewhip cream we paid for she made us pull up. So we did. When she came out 5 minutes later she says a little kindness goes a longway. How in the heck are you gonna be a manager and treat your customers disrespectful. You was rushing us. I am so unhappy withthe service. I will go else where. Read more
Shame on Dunkin! You use to be the best place to go for donuts & coffee. Now you are lucky if they have donuts!!!!!! You do... have a line out to the street for Lattes. What you really should call it Latte City! I DO NOT like lattes but I do likedonuts! Read more
First time here in Florida. Went through the drive thru and got coffee and donuts. Ordered cake donuts and got regular, Two with... chocolate and two with maple. Donuts were good but most of the toppings stuck to the bag. This was the first time I could evenget close to the drive thru, at peak hours good luck! Read more

Stopped by 2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon for some ice cream. I walked over to the ice cream counter and waited for one of the 8... people behind the counter for 10 minutes to even acknowledge me. They Continued to ignore me while they waited on the drivethrough customers. I understand your filling orders, but does it take anymore effort to look at the two people standing thereand say, ?we?ll be right with you?, ?we are not serving ice cream any longer?, or ?we don?t want your business?. I went to the drive-through to get a chai latte as soon as I pulled up they took my money and said pull up behind the white car... and I looked behind me and there was no one there. So I sat there at the window for a moment and then handed me my coffee outthe window. I was waiting for some sausage patties for my granddaughter And I said I?ll just sit here until you get it readysince there?s no one behind me. They said oh no you have to pull up and I said why and they said because there?s a timer on thedrive-through. Then I pulled up behind the white car and another car pulled into the spot to my right. they brought me mysausage and when I left the white car was still sitting there and so was the blue car. So I guess if you pile all the cars up atthe parking spaces that means they have really fast service at the drive-through. Then I get my Chai latte and I?m trying todrink it but the man who handed it to me had so much cologne on that the lid to my coffee cup smells like perfume. Read more
Coffee tastes good. I?ve been here multiple times. I placed a mobile order this morning and when I went in to pick it up I... noticed my cups had about a 2? gap at the top where it wasn?t filled up. When I asked if she could fill it up she was rude andhad an attitude and then said she had to charge me to fill up my cup all the way just because I got less ice. I ALWAYS orderthis same drink and have never had someone charge me more for a drink I already paid for. This is why I prefer Starbucks.Dunkin?s customer service is terrible. Read more
