Terrible customer service! I woke up excited to get Dunkin' Donuts this morning. I pulled up to the drive-thru and the menu... board was off waiting for a little than about 5 minutes for somebody to say good morning. I went ahead and pulled up to thewindow to see if the place was actually open at this point at six in the morning. The lady asked me if I had to order and I toldher nobody said hello at the window. She started arguing that she did say hello, and I needed to go back around for her to takemy order. I will not be coming back to this Dunkin' Donuts on 484. Read more

Went here this morning and ordered 2 ice coffees. Both made wrong. Had to work so couldn't go back until this afternoon. Went in... to tell manager about it and get 2 more. She said "oh, so sorry about that" and then proceeded to charge me for 2 more.Really!!! They should have been free. I paid for them but what bad costomer service. Will definitely drink and check all my foodbefore leaving next time. Read more
