Stay far away from this disgusting location , Dunkin has gone so far downhill in the last 5 -8 years it?s unbelievable . It is a... literal hit or miss at any location really , they only hire the bottom of the barrel type . I went to this location this morning, ( many other bad experiences as well in the past here ) and this time I got an ?iced coffee? and some donuts . The girl handsme a warm cup of almost black coffee with like maybe 7 ice cubes in it . I ordered Iced coffee cream sugar and vanilla , so Iasked them to remake it properly and three of the young women working behind the counter started laughing and making comments .Well that?s it for me the nail in the coffin , I will never spend 1 penny on DD locally ever again . Disgusting environment &terrible employees consistently. I don?t understand how on top of the world residents haven?t shut this place down yet . Dirty, can't get your own coffee or whatever you want in it. I asked for light cream, it was heavy. Tasted like I had a little... coffee with a cup of cream. Worse coffee ever. Ordered egg white bites, awful. Staff not at all friendly. Won't be going back.Needs management. Read more

Usually don?t have a lot of issues with this location, but I went through this morning and got a white chocolate latte, and when... I got the drink it was just about half empty. I called back to see if I could come back for a remake or something of the sorts,wasn?t rude by any means, and the woman who picked up was pretty rude and told me it was just because of the whipped cream sheput on the drink. Then the phone call disconnected and when I tried to call back, no one would answer. I understand whippedcream melts in hot coffee, but come on. I can get over the coffee thing, but there was absolutely no need to be rude. Read more
