Dunkin coffee beans are better than Star bucks. But the employees at this location are higher than giraffe nuts and made me a... "mocha" by taking normal coffee and putting three pumps of chocolate in it LOL and my girlfriend's vanilla latte tastes like aten year old military surplus cigarette. She made new ones for us and they were fine, the managers were all talking aboutsomething in the dining area. And Kyle your not off the hook we know you blazing too. Read more
?Just Passing Through? Ocala FL, decided to stop at this local Dunkin?. Saw a couple of employees outside taking a smoke break... before I went in. Three girls inside handling the 6 to 7 cars in drive-thru; no one at the counter. I waited about 5 minutes, noone took my order. Noticed the donut racks in disarray with flies hovering atop most of them. *I Included a photo from a postingseveral years ago on Google to show the difference from then to now (July 2021). I left without ordering anything. Yes, the twoemployees were still taking a smoke break as I left. Manager on duty? There should have been. Many, many postings referencingthis Dunkin? as one to avoid mostly due to understaffing, rudeness, or simply just not caring about customer service. Read more
Great drinks on an extremely hot day. Their frozen mocha coffee was perfect in resetting my temperature back to cool! ... Austin did a wonderful job in making our drinks and was patient as we looked over the menu and helping us decide what topurchase. We got a half dozen donuts. Just ate one as a snack. It was a chocolate frosted with sprinkles. I have alwaysloved their variety of choices. Read more
I have always had problems with mobile orders here. I placed my order at 820 and when I arrived the food was out but not the... drink. I went through the line like everyone else and my cup was sitting empty next to the register. So it was printed and notprocessed. I?ll go back to skipping this Dunkin, 30 minutes from order to completion for coffee is a little excessive. Read more
