Ordered dinner for my dad in the hospital as his requested pre-fasting meal before a major surgical procedure but it never... arrived at the hospital tonight; no call, no show, no answer when I called the shop, no dinner for my terminally ill dad. Couldhave at least called to let us know. Major disappointment. If they contact me via email or phone, not a reply to the reviewvoid, then I?ll reflect that by changing to >1 star. Read more

we have been ordering form this store for over two years (probably average 1x a week) numerous times have gotten order wrong ... wrong type of pizza or we ask for pie cut on thin crust and get square cut 1/2 the time WHAT TOOK THE CAKE IS recently Iarrived for a pickup due to increased prices on their pizza and on their delivery charge (and plus tip) and called in forcurbside as I have trouble walking due to a fractured hip their curbside doesn't start till 4 pm (it was 10 till ) I had calledinside and said "I'm here in the _____ I know curbside doesn't start till 4 but I wondered if you could be so kind to bring outmy order" there were no customers in the store or waiting, and I've never had anyone else have a problem with bringing it outfor which I usually tip a dollar for them walking 20 ft to me. the response I got from the manager was "maybe in about 10minutes" WOW so I get out, go in with my cane and he almost threw the pizza across the counter and I said "wow that's therudest response I've ever gotten" and he goes off on me and when I questioned why he was yelling at me he says "well you wererude to me so I'll be rude to you" GREAT JOB TOM M I BET YOIUR FAMILY AND OWNER ARE REALLY PROUD OF YOUR MANAGER ANDCUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WOW Maybe we should just we switch to PIZZA HUT ?!?!?!
