We went and spent close to $300 on a whole lot of nothing as far as food went. Two large pizzas one of which the toppings were... barely even existent, the large appetizer which apparently is now $45 and we got THREE wings on it, a portion of fries thatwould be good for LITERALLY a one year old, and a small cheese bread that would have been good for one person and a kid. Most ofthe staff didn't seem to be paying attention to customers trying to pay or order so it was kind of chaotic at the counters oreven trying to pay to leave after snagging some prizes. We're told they participate on Sundays for kids with sensory issues likeautism and lights would be lower, less crowds, and just better atmosphere. Definitely not the case. I've got three autistic kidsand even tho there was several parties going on that we were no where near, chuck e cheese approached my girls who aren't goodwith strangers let alone in new places with that many people. Even when the parties cleared, it was crowded, loud, basicallyyour average visit unlike what was advertised. Read more

Its Chuck E. Cheese, so you get what you expect. Food was better than what youd expect from a place with a giant rat. Service... was awesome. The young folks working her cared about giving the kids a good experience. I really only marked it down foratmosphere cause there are not animatronics. Its just not the same, and with all the rude little monsters running around, I knowthe establishment cant fix that but I just dont like it with out the animatronics from the past. Read more

Took my son on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn?t overcrowded, it?s a big location with a lot of games. It was very clean... including the bathrooms and the two women at the front were nice and attentive. They have an LED dance pad by the tables that?scool besides the regular games. It?s definitely one of the nicest Chuck E. Cheese?s I?ve been to and I?ve been to a lot. I?dcome back again, and recommend it for parties. Read more

Very expensive for what you get. Some employees are not very helpful. some were, no one around when you really needed something... though. Machines out of order...my kiddo and I fixed the skiball ourselves. We swiped the cards to pause the time while havingpizza, lost 20 minutes of play because the machine didn't actually pause our time although it confirmed it did. Staff didn'tseem to care. The choices of prizes were super questionable. Left very disappointed. Read more

Chuck E. Cheese has been the biggest disappointment to date of any establishment I have visited. The establishment is annoyingly... loud, not loud because of the kids, but loud because of all the background noise. The speakers are blasting music at what Iwould guess is full volume along with every game in the arcade seems to have its volume jacked up to the max. It is soobnoxiously loud in there, that just exiting the establishment was the best part of the visit. The food was mediocre at best. Apizza, 4 drinks, and a thing of wings (glorified chicken nuggets) was a charge of 50 bucks. To top it off, the pizza wasn'teven thoroughly cut thru. Then you have to purchase a card to load time on that starts at 17 bucks and goes on from there foryour kids to play the games and ride on stuff. Some of the ride on stuff takes pictures with your kids on it. Unfortunately, nottoo many people knew this judging by the stack of photos that other kind parents had put on top of the machines. I don't see howthis place gets 4 start reviews unless parents just drop their kids off, leave them there and return to pick them up at a latertime. Back to the time cards for playing games it states you need to put your playing on pause on the back of the card, but theemployees told us that it only uses minutes when the card is swiped. This brings us to the headache of using this card toactivate the machines. If we were lucky we were able to get the arcade machine going by the 3rd try. Some didn't work at all.The best part for my son was the minion whack-a-mole. May try it again, but this experience was a bit lackluster. Read more
