This location is horrible! Food is always cold, the line takes forever.. then when you finally get your food 95% of the time... it's wrong. Definitely understaffed! When I was there I only seen 3 employees working and one had the nerve to say they weregoing on break. Not a care in the world! Read more
Cashier was great good attitude an all but the young girl handing out food was very unpleasant she didn't speak at pushed food... in my hand then closed window... As if raising the price of iced tea to $3 wasn't enough, or the 15 minutes minimum wait in the drive through, or the rude help... ..... I drive past 3 burger kings to get to this one because they have never messed up my order and everything is always amazing
We liked it but there is always room for improvement. Some Burger King's are better than others.
I went there over an hour ago ordered a 2 for $6 wasn't given a receipt for the purchase at either windows. Got to the second... window and the person putting my food together is coughing/sneezing over my food, in the elbow mind you but still over my foodand possibly the person behind me in line. After she was done she left the area but before she did 2 others were behind herputting the food in the bag. I refused it and told them what I saw and asked for it to be remade first girl looked confused.Then said something to the manager/team lead then they was looking at me like i was the problem I asked for a remake of thewhole order. After getting it I moved up for the other people in line, checked the sandwiches and they were the wrong ones. Iwent in and told, I'm guessing the manager or team lead, she said I didn't order what I ordered. It showed up as another deal.she took the food disappeared and then came back few mins later with one burger fixed the other not fixed with a receipt at thatmoment saying with a bit of an attitude she wanted to show me that I didn't order what I asked for. I never got a receipt forthe original order so as far as I know she could have went back and changed it idk how their system works as what she handed mehighlighted the deal. I left. But I've been getting wrong orders from them a lot lately and after this morning debacle I thinkI will simply eat elsewhere. It was at one point some I had ordered the impossible whopper before(different days) and got aregular one. Sometimes I'd order nuggets and some will be missing, etc. I try to give the benefit of doubt but cant anymore. Read more
