Food usually takes a bit long to get, i think they're short handed but food is still good.
Extremely rude and disrespectful manager on duty tonight 9/28. Using profanity in the presence of children. And openly... complaining about her associates. A group of 5 parties had to wait for an hour inside the restaurant before taking our orders.When I asked the cashier why don?t they at least take our orders he said he got instructions from his manager not to take anyorders from inside until the drive thru was clear. I asked to speak to the manager and from behind the cooking area you couldclearly hear her complaining about having to speak to a customer. When she came, I asked why couldn?t we at least place ourorder after waiting an hour inside. Her response was if you don?t like it you can ?all leave?. Then they locked the doors behindus, saying that nobody can leave until the last customer in line has their food. Ridiculous! Ocala can do better. Read more
Been coming to this store for years because of the location, the food is always good and the kids love playing in the playground... it's one of the only ones around anymore but unfortunately their drive-thru it's got to be one of the slowest ones anywhere Read more
So I placed my order. Over heard the guy putting the order together that an item wasn't available to the cashier dealing with us... she ignored him. Than when I was getting the order I was told it wasn't available. When I tried to talk to the cashier aboutchanging the item she ignored me and said she had to clock out for lunch and walked away. I than told the guy what we wanted toexchange the missing sandwich with and it was made however no refund was given for the price difference because the cashier hadleft the building. Fries were cold and not salted and definitely amounted to 3 small fries instead of 3 med.No manager wasaround to deal with anyone or any of the obviously aggravated staff. I had a problem with the app and the shift manager (Kristina or what ever title she has ).. listen to me let me talk came up... with a saluting after asking to see my order on the app and email that confirmed it and made my order personally ( I watchedher ) best customer service I ever received . And refused to give me old onion rings. I definitely will be back and I hope theyget more people like her ...... Read more
The stuff is nice, but Everytime the food is not fresh, and today I changed the whopper sandwich with a chicken sandwich for a... hope to be fresh( Drive thru, order number 96, Aug 9,2021), but I received a sandwich that got wrapped 3 times and the innerwrapes along with the sandwich have a big cut as shown in the picture. Some respect to the customers please, I don't know ifsomeone returned this sandwich after cutting it. The other sandwich was fine, just one wrap as usual, but not fresh. Read more
Worst experience I?ve ever had at a BK in my life and this isn?t the first time I?ve had this issue at this location. I... literally ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal with a coke. This is what I received- a freezer burned chicken patty that?shard as a rock, with mayo that was yellowish brown in color like it has been sitting out and 2 hard pickles on the bun. Thecrispy chicken sandwich is supposed to come with lettuce tomato and Mayo- mine was also missing the lettuce and tomato. I took 1bite and spit it out. It was absolutely disgusting and tasted like it had been sitting out for days. The fries were cold and thecoke was flat. This is ridiculous that this BK thinks it?s acceptable to serve food like this. If I could give no stars I would.Don?t eat here. Ever. Read more
