Don't ever shop Boston Market, they will not cook you, your food for hours after placing a online order. Let me begin with: I ALWAYS GET MEATLOAF FROM HERE! But this last time I went, the meatloaf was the worst I've ever had in my... life! I could even eat it all. Burnt on all sides! My family and I enjoy Boston Market ribs and rotisserie chicken, and I would rate that a five. However, the over all rating is a... 3.5 due to the sides- serving portions being so little. Their serving portions are like a child's portion. The containers thatthe servers put your food in is really small and the compartments are usually not completely filled to the top. You might luckout and get a server who understands "You are here because you are hungry" and fills your compartment to the top as it supposedto be. Read more
Today I went to this location and purchased a 3 person family meal. Didn?t really look in the bag just trusting that my meal was... correct and complete. Later on as I sat down to eat my meal I noticed that my 3 cornbreads had been replaced with some othertype of bread(pic below). So immediately I called Boston Market to inquire and here is how the conversation went? Me: Hello MayI speak with with manager Person: I am one of the managers Me: Can you tell me if Boston Market discontinued their cornbreadsbecause I received some other type of bread with my meal. Person: Oh no we just ran of of the cornbread yesterday and none hadcome on the truck yet for us. Me: Ok well it would?ve been nice to have been told that when I purchased my meal today. Service is ALWAYS fast from ordering to getting your food. The food always taste fresh and looks fresh. Plan on spending... around $10 - $15 for a meal give or take depending on what you order but if you like chicken and turkey its worth it. The staffreally takes care of the customers bringing their food to the table and taking dirty dishes back when your done eating. Read more
