Did a pre pay order for Thanksgiving and was given a 45 minute wait to pick up. Then get to store and told 3 hours. If that... behind need to not take orders. And store needs to be know where your order is in line and not just say its in the pilesomewhere and not be able to give you an estimate. Food was great once finally got but they forgot the rolls. I've been here twice so far and both times I had an excellent experience! The service was great, the restaurant is clean and the... food is delicious! I ordered the grilled salmon with broccoli and carrots both times and they were consistently fantastic. Bestbroccoli and carrots I think I've ever had! Salmon was excellent too (and I've never been a big salmon eater until now). It'sgreat that they offer healthy food options here! I will definitely be back! Highly recommend Bob Evans!! Let's start off this review with we showed up and the parking lot was mostly empty. We was told it would be a 15min wait, we... waited over an hour to get seated and there was multiple tables empty! We was informed that the waitresses were to busyhandling the 2 large parties of 8 that came in before us. I guess my party of 3 money isnt worth as much. This place needs tohire more help or be more accurate on the wait times! Witnessed countless customers leaving cause they got tired of the wait!The food was terrible the sausage was reheated in the microwave and still was cold when we got it the pancakes tasted like mushand the father n laws strawberry pancakes had hair in it. The home fries were ice cold granted the mngr on duty was informed andshe took care of it but I will still never be back to Bob Evans on silver springs it needs a lot of help to be a better place toeat! This spot was a haven with clean, updated restrooms, friendly service and food we could rely on ? the reasons we choose... chains. After walking in and out of a few other local spots due to cleanliness and overwhelming smells it was so nice to walkinto Bob Evans and get served promptly with bottomless coffee in a nice environment. This location was well-staffed and theservice was friendly. The only spot to grab tasty breakfast in Silver Springs in my experience. Read more
Had a pleasant experience today. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We got the wrong order for one of the kids'... meals, but she quickly corrected it. Honestly we should've kept it because they both wanted the piggy hotcakes after seeing it(didn't get a picture). Salad and soup was excellent. Will need to figure out the app for deals. Read more
This was our first time eating at Bob Evans and to us, it was nothing to write home about. There was a weird atmosphere with the... hostess and servers starting from when we walked in the doors. We could hear one of the cooks in the back as if he was sittingat our table. With that said, the food was decent and the restaurant was very clean and well lit. We probably wouldn't seek outanother Bob Evans in the future but it would do in a pinch. Read more

Bob Evans did not disappoint. I wanted something lite, so I ordered the the half of double pot roast sandwich, chicken cob... salad, and a cup of vegetable beef soup. It came with banana bread that so soft and fresh. Definitely worth the money. Read more
