Walked in for iced coffee and an ice cream. Young lady that took order rang up waffle bowl for ice cream when we specifically... asked for it in a cup. She told the server two scoops in a cup. The server looked at receipt and said in a waffle bowl and wesaid cup, she asked if I wanted a receipt and I did. I looked at the receipt and said you charged for a waffle bowl to which shetold the server to give us it in a waffle bowl cause she charged us for it. Worst experience and way overpriced for what we got. Ice cream was so-so, nothing special, but we ordered 2 vanilla shakes at... like $8.65 each and what we got was watery ice milk, not a shake at all, it was basically like drink cold milk. My frien went into complain and the guy said well that's the way we make em. Offered to refund but other customers came in and told him you'llhave to wait. After a while he got fed up and left so $19+ was wasted. Well never go back there. Any place that can't do adecent milk shake and charge for essentially ice cold milk should be ashamed of themselves. Horrible attitude from the girl in drive-thru around 8pm. Asked for flavors- she said they aren't posted because they always... change. So had to go online and find flavors- found one I liked and was told they didn't have it. Had to order a different oneand then got attitude when my husband asked if they put cherries on the milkshakes. Just bad customer service. Read more
Terrible attitude of employees on this location from black lady she was in bad mud while she attending us and when we ask for... the supervisor it's was worst, a white girl with millions of tattoos and same attitude. This should be a happy place, just wewent for ice cream and we came out with a big deception and no ice cream. What can of training this kinds received??? ???? badbad bad. I came in on Monday June 6 at around 6:55ish and received the WORST service ever. Me and my family of 6 were looking forward to... a treat so we went into the lobby. All tables were dirty, dunkin donuts shelfs were empty and cleared out. One customer sittingand waiting for the rain to stop. Worst part no one absolutely no one came to check on us and once we asked if theyre open theylooked at us as if we were asking something out of this world. We continue to walk towards the ice cream section and stillIGNORED US. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND , btw flies flying in there . Read more
They have vanilla and sometimes chocolate ice cream. Good luck ordering anything else. They run out of bananas and most other... fruit so good luck getting a smoothie, no gummie bears, no flavored ice cream that you actually want. They dont answer the phoneso you cant call and check ahead of time. If you want to disappoint your children, take them here. As a point of reference, Ididn't write this review until the 5th time In a row this happened. This location IS TERRIBLE. So disappointing as it was thebest location in town for over a decade. This place just doesn?t get it. When did Baskin-Robbins lose sight of the customer ? They don?t know what flavors they have and... they are not labeled for the customer. Baskin-Robbins used to be such a great place to go. Read more
