Tried their new rib sandwich ... So good. People were friendly and food came out reasonably fast. They're not close to home... for us and we rarely eat fast food these days but wanted to try the new item, now I wish they were a little closer to home. I love there turkey and swiss sandwich when made correctly. Sometimes the meat isn't full as it should be. Before ordering I... make sure to tell them that insuring sandwich is complete. No one really wants the details? But I am not stopping until somebody does something about that so-called manager that was on... around 8 o?clock Tuesday night! That is literally the rudest human being to be working in an industry like this . I ask her isthis how you train people to treat your customers and she wants to tell me that she didn?t treat me anyway. Unbelievable, andthen serve some half rated two little slivers of a regular roast beef sandwich to me, I am sure she thought that was cute. Really polite lady in drive thru and food was great. I will not return to this location ever again. Back door was left propped... open. I was in drive thru for over 15 minutes and this door was open the entire time. First off, bugs can fly or crawl in aswell as rodents. Second, the security of employees ate at risk of someone just sneaking in and third, this was a fire safetyHazzard as there was a ladder laying in front of the walk way that people could trip over if they needed to escape in anemergency. The absolute worst chicken tenders I have ever eaten. I have NEVER had tenders so hard, dry, inedible, tough, & painful to bite.... I'm most definitely calling corporate. Out of 5 tenders I only ate maybe 2. I had to take all the tenders apart with my fingersforging for edible portions of chicken, because I simply could not bite through them. Read more
The Rubeun sandwich is off the charts good. Their curly fries are awesome. The Onion rolls they use for buns are fabulous.... Arby's is the best! Read more
