So we walked in and there was almost nobody in there. A very slow Saturday. The host informed us that the kitchen is short... staffed and so the food would be a 20-30 minute wait. That?s fine, we?ll have some drinks while we wait. The host proceeds totell us that they will not be seating anyone until all other orders have been brought out. So we can?t even have a drink whilewe wait? We would have to sit up front until everyone else in the restaurant had received their food? We left but they lost outon money. Not very good business if you ask me. No wonder they are short staffed. Read more
I think we had a new waitress. She was nice but our meal was a little crazy the way things happened. We ordered drinks. Beer... was ordered but the bartender was away from the bar for some time so took longer to get the beer. Then we ordered an appetizerat the same time we placed our meal order. The meal came but the appetizer came near the end of the meal so we got it to go.Didn't get refill on the soda we ordered and dishes when thru eating weren't picked up and taken away which is usually whathappens during the meal. So this meal was a little crazy in the way things happened. Don't know if the way dishes came out wasthe kitchen s fault or the waitress fault in placing the order? Read more
This was a first visit for my daughter and I. Our food and service were pretty good. My steak and shrimp were tasty and... perfectly cooked. I had asked for my garlic green beans to be crunchy. They were not and neither was the broccoli - nice flavorbut overcooked. Read more
I got the southwest chicken bowl, which was very good. Our server was Brittany. And even though they were very short... staffed,(only 2 servers, 1 cook and 0 bartender)she was friendly and efficient. We were very pleased with both the service andthe food. Read more
Come on Applebee's, do better. Empty tables with about 10 parties waiting. Four employees standing around talking. No... water/drinks for 40 minutes and meal came before the appetizer (after we asked about it). The Manager did comp the appetizer,but still... do BETTER. Read more
Hit the spot for an impromtu dinner out. Excited to see new menu options including exclusive Dark Berry Mt.Dew and loaded pub... fries with beer cheese. Those pub fries would have been much more impressive with the beer cheese ????. I was in a good moodand hungry so let it slide. Our server Erica M was amazing. Never an empty drink glass all while running the bar seats, severaltables and making drinks for other servers. Read more
Ordered $60 dollars worth of food only to get a fraction of the amount of food i paid for. Was given ONE tender broken into two,... mac and cheese had zero cheese. didn?t get our breadsticks and on top of that the restaurant made an excuse they didn?t haveproper storage containers and did nothing to compensate their resources. Just don?t waste your time, you can get better serviceand food for half the price somewhere else. Read more
