Rude! Staff was completely ridiculous..4:15 on 11.18.22. Mocking customers that had left..couldn't get orders correct asked to... repeat many times. Cashier was upset when I wanted to add to my order. Manager was completely ineffective. I took my moneyelsewhere. Read more
The lady who took our order really hated her job. Asked us 5 times what was our order after writing it down and it was showing... on the screen correctly. It felt like she just wanted to keep us in line so she doesn't have to do anything and pretend to betaking complicated order. Lol! Service was horrible but good was nice and hot. Read more
Horrible customer service at the drive through windows 1&2. I said hello how are you to the first young lady and she just looked... at me. I said hello how are you again then she finally gave me a dry response. When I got to window 2 the lady handed me a plainsprite. I told her I ordered a grape sprite. She tried to tell me that they don't have grape sprite and that I didn't order agrape sprite when I specifically did. Finally, another lady (who was very kind) stepped up and got me a grape sprite. Came here omw home after fun and stuff. There was no line. I ordered 4 meals. Staff was friendly. Food came out hot and fast and... accurate. Best Wendy's experience I've ever had! Keep it up! Read more
Been standing in line to order for 15min no bs. They ignore the inside to service the drive through.... Avoid... Avoid... Avoid.
10/05/21 at 8:30am -The manager refused to serve me I am a truck driver and I do know that they have a policy no walk up... customers but the indoor was locked I tried to call ahead of time to see if they would make an exception no answer and then whenI walked up she seemed offended and told me she could not serve me I asked a nice customer Wendy?s if she would order for me andthe lady made her drive all the way around and re-order she was trying to make my life hard then called to police for where Iparked??our country is going through a tough time people need to come together not push people away it?s truly sad I don?texpect special treatment but for her to make it harder on purpose was not cool?. I went to this location twice in 2 days and both times were a good experience. The staff were friendly and professional. The... food was good as well except for the fries. They were cold & probably been sitting all day! The wait in line was really quickboth visits. It was clean and, I felt comfortable eating food from there. Read more
This restaurant is very ratchet/ rude ran by alot of young people *girls*with poor leadership especially from the district... manager with glasses and bad teeth. This franchise is the worst by far in Twinsburg. I wish I could remember names... save youmoney and move to the nearest Wendy's Read more
