I come here for donuts usually on Sundays. The only problem is that selection is limited past 10am. Their is never any French... crullers left and most of the jelly filled are gone. Read more

Horrible!! Went to drive thru to order a dozen bagels and cream cheese, employee said I couldn?t have the choices of flavor... because then they would run out?! So I would have to get flavors I didn?t want, tried to be lenient but then when I asked fortubs of cream cheese they didn?t have any. WHAT?! This place is unbelievable. My husband and I stopped to pick up a few donuts on our way back from Petiti's garden center. When... we walked in, there was a young fella who asked us if we would be able to go out and go through the drive thru???? We asked whyand he told us that there wasn't a register in the front of the store and if we ordered there he would have to walk all the way,it was about 6 steps, over to the drive thru to ring us up. I couldn't believe it! Then he must have noticed the puzzled look wehad and said he would take care of us. OMG! Unbelievable. BTW, we are seniors to top it all off. Anyway, we bought a half dozendonuts from the very poor selection they had only to find out that they were definitely not made fresh. They were so stale!Again, unbelievable. That will the last time we check out a DD and will just stick to the grocery store bakeries to get anytreats we choose. Read more

I asked for cream and sugar and usually that means 5 cream and 5 sugar. Not 1. Also all the caramel was onthe bottom of the cup. It's not hard to make coffee. Read more
I go to this Dunkin out of convenience for my morning commute. Though the typical 15-20 minute drive through line is highly... inconvenient and having the inside closed adds to the frustration. Myself and others often leave the line simply due to runningout of time to wait. The food is sometimes inconsistent and the coffee is as well in terms of add-ons. 1 cream can often resultin what looks like a cup of milk (see photo) Which after a 15-20 minute wait can be?.annoying. I will say though that the staffis incredibly friendly and personable. Their issues (like most) seem to stem from short staffing and low employee retention.With that said, I will continue to support and frequent the location because Dunkin is better than gas station coffee andStarbucks.
