Extremely rude and unacceptable behaviour! I came in and had ordered for pickup. There were 2 people standing in line ahead of... me, I asked how long for my pizza and the response was very rude and appalling. The cashier said it will be a 10 minute wait andI asked if there is anyway to make it quicker as I am in a rush, he answered with saying ?there is nothing I can do you justhave to wait? in the most disrespectful tone. I do not mind waiting but it?s about the customer service and how you treatcustomer inquiries and questions. Read more
The place is very small, intended for take out mainly. Excellent quality food, a little high priced. Sometimes you have to wait,... but they are doing their best to fill the orders fast. Read more

Vito's was good to me previously but today (Monday March 25, 2019) was unacceptable. Ordered on the phone, the gentleman told me... to pick it up in 15 minutes. Call ended around 4:50, got there around 5:05, stuck around waiting for a few moments until i saw alady starting to make a pizza and realized that it was mine (small, half pineapple, other half meat lovers + pineapple). I askedher and she said that yes, my order would be ready SOON. I got there 15 minutes after ordering and they had just started to makeit. This is pizza, not a big Mac, so i said i would come back in 15 and as you can see they called me to tell me it was ready at5:19. We went to pick it up, i was polite and ordered a creamy garlic sauce, and besides having NO APOLOGY, the same lady hadthe nerve to add a TIP OPTION on the machine. Thankfully i was able to choose 0 dollars. I work in fast food and i understandbusy hours, but in fast food making the order late (not to mention making it way past the promised pick-up time) could beacceptable. However, this is pizza and pizza takes time. At least i was not enough of a jerk to demand a refund and make themthrow away their "hard work". One star for good taste, the other for good service in the past. Read more
