Bought a coffee and two muffins. Both were good. I had to wait for like 10 to 15 minutes even when I was the only one in the... line. I wish they had more staff and a lot more baked goods options to choose from. Maybe it's because it's 4.30 AM. Overall, itwas good. (Update: Turns out they do have baked goods around 6.30 AM and plenty of staff at that time.) Read more

Just bought a chocolate milk for my daughter. She said it tasted bad. I tried it as well, and it had definitely gone bad. Went... to exchange it, and the employee refused saying that there was nothing she could do about it, and I was the first person to evercomplain! What terrible customer service. I ordered three items and received two out of three wrong. The customer service isn?t friendly as well. If you?re going to have... customers wait in a long line at least have the common courtesy to be a kind person and not make it look like you don?t careabout customer service at all. Read more

Disorganized, slow, and they don't know the difference between milk and ceam. Given this place too many chances just to be... disappointed every time. This is not a hazlenut coldbrew with foam. This is a cup of cream with foam. Read more

It use to be a great place to go get coffee..very convenient location. I've been their customer for good long 3 years, as our... company is just about the corner.. Lately the standard of coffee has gone down ..8 out 10 times,,coffee Is never stirredproperly, doesn't matter u order double double or triple triple they all taste regular.. I understand it's a fast paceenvironment and me myself has work for the Tim Horton in past..its a challenging job ... But by following Standard operatingprocedures properly they can make customer's money worth spending at this place.. It's not a big issue but it's been like thatfrom past few months.. Staff is nice and I appreciate their service but few steps has to be taken to make sure this location retain their loyal customers ???? Read more
