I WAS a regular here, every morning, ordering my usual Ice Capp, but I am so tired of the hit and miss. At least once a week,... either the machine is broken, not functioning properly, not cold enough or they just ran out. I have often been given a verywatery Ice Capp, when I ask them to remake it please, they told me it's the machine and to come back in an hour (it was 9am!). Igo elsewhere now for my Ice Capp but I imagine the coffees and other foods are fine. Read more
I'm a regular here and for this Tims, my experience has always been pleasant due to one staff member, Hafsa. She's no doubt the... sweetest person there. She always understands what I want. Since I'm a vegetarian, she customizes the non-veg items to make themvegetarian. I'm grateful for that and appreciate what she does. She has great customer service skills. Always greets with asmile!
