The worst Tim Hortons staff ever, on Nov 18 at 230pm working there was in there trying to purchase a coffee with scan and pay... app and they kept telling me it was my card declining meanwhile there was money in the account then they told me scan and paydoesn?t work at that location, meanwhile and go there everyday with the same method of payment and the other staff take mypayment with scan and pay. I came in on a rainy day and had a great experience. The ordering process was very efficient and the farmer's wrap was filling... and yummy - hash browns in general make everything better! I was also a big fan of the pumpkin spice donut - it's quite sweetwith the icing but would be lovely with a tea or coffee :) Read more
You need to hire more staff in the evening. Not fair to the two guys at the front taking over the entire job with nonstop... lineup..it?s just not fair. On the bright side, both were kind and gave it their best effort. The stars are dedicated to them. Ididn?t read their name tags. Read more
