Employees need massive remedial training in customer service and in cleanliness (are we still doing covid measures? They seem to... all be wearing masks so I'm guessing yes?) At drive-thru order station employee had difficulty understanding my order for"grilled cheese sandwich" and I had to repeat several times, which by its self is frustrating but forgivable. At window I hadto type in my password on POS terminal with disgusting sticky buttons and crumbs on it. I said to the employee (who seemed new)hey, you need to clean this it's all sticky. He turned his back. Thinking he hadn't heard me, when he came back I said, did youhear me say this is gross and sticky? You need to clean it. I thought we were still doing extra cleaning? He acknowledged heheard me and reached for a paper towel to wipe it. Suggsted he need something wet + probably a spray cleaner. And explained thatwhen someone is worried about cleanliness you have to acknowledge them. I tried to talk to the employee that was assisting himtoo. It's pretty gross to think about what the rest of the kitchen looks like in there if they are no longer wiping down POSmachines or think a paper towel and no cleaner does the trick. I realize lots of places are struggling to hire and there arelots of new employees. Maybe the employees here to be walked through step by step how to clean and to answer "thanks forbringing that to my attention" if a customer raises a concern. Lots of room for improvement. So gross. I hate writing negative reviews, for a couple reasons but mostly because, in my personal opinion I can't judge the "rating" of a... place based on one encounter, or one visit to the business. Nor do I feel that it's fair to rate a business badly based on onefactor, for example: a rude employee (who could have just heard horrible news 5 mins before I arrived). Nonetheless I try toonly review places I not only frequent, but score them fairly, taking multiple factors into account. That being said, it's sadand unfortunate that I do have to review this Tim Hortons location negatively, for a couple of detrimental factors (in myopinion). There are three major reasons I have trouble with this location. ?1: They never have the most basicitems/necessities from their menu, making it next to impossible to enjoy a familiar snack/meal from Canada's most popular coffeeshoppe. ?2: Their hours of operation state that their dinning room shall remain open until 11:00pm, yet I've visited thislocation as early as 10:15PM and they have already locked the doors, leaving only the drive through as an option. At leastthat's what I was under the impression of until peering inside and I always see what looks like either friends of the workingemployees or perhaps just other customers. Nonetheless if the hours state 11:00 PM lock up, that's the time it should bedone. ?3 (Biggest problem): The cleanliness of both the woman's and men's washrooms are horrendous. There isn't much to sayabout them except stay away at all costs. From large puddles of water (I hope), to bugs, vomit, and the overall constantlingering odor, it's as if they are never cleaned/never have been cleaned and to be honest I wouldn't want to be the employeestuck cleaning it either. Especially for a place where you are serving food, I find this EXTREMELY unprofessional and flat outdisgusting and a safety issue. Read more

Useless after 9pm. No sandwiches no bagels nothing. Why is this Tim's even open if all it's serving is drinks? The one down the... street serves everything even late. This info should be posted somewhere. Also this Tim's is very slow with mobile orders in themorning. You're better off placing an order at the counter than trying to order ahead of time. Read more

How head office is not seeing and rectifying this bad situation at this location. Is unimaginable! The Staff are not trained to... be efficient and accurate they have few good ones but will loose them due to the mother/son ownership that verbally abusesthem....I've seen it with my own eyes. Also sad that they laid off due to covid a very nice man that worked there for yearsthat is autistic never hired him back but hired new people while he's been holding out waiting to be called back to his job.Certainly there are laws about this? Shame on these owners. Tim Hortons prides themselves on hiring people with special needs.Yet this owner has no values. I know this because he still goes there and is outside taking to all the people he used to seethere inside. Saying hi being friendly as he always was. He was the only reason I went there. To see his smiling face alwaysmade my day. Now I have no use for this location. Read more
