3 times now, in the afternoon we have ordered decaffeinated coffee. They accepted the order at the board, but at the window they... say out of decaf. We tell them to make a pot and we will wait, blocking the drive thru. If they don't want to make decaf, thentake it off the menu. This location has many other issues too. Better just to avoid. Its pathetic, they are always out of items, they should start selling a saw to cut and eat hashbrown and potato wedges.

Worst Tim experience ever! Waited 30 minutes for my order of 2 sandwiches and when i finally got my order, it was wrong????.

Ordered two Classic Bagel BELTS, one regular and one with honey mustard added. The worker that presented the sandwiches... confirmed that one had honey mustard. Got to the car and there was no honey mustard on either sandwich. Read more

One of the most horrible tim Hortons ever ! They don't have many items , slow , lately I ordered southern chicken sandwiches (... grilled chiken) and they gave me (fright chicken ) and they tried to convince me that they have southern chicken But with frightchicken!! Which is not in the menu and never seen that at any tim Hortons menus around all canada !!! Coffee is like ice coffee, Cold , Never go back again ! Read more

Definitely NOT worth the 10 minute wait in the drive thru. Ordered a tea, a doughnut and a muffin. Only got the tea right. Wrong... doughnut. No apology. Wrong muffin. No apology. Worst Tim's around. Even the Tim's at T1 at Pearson Airport is slightly betterthan this one. Didn't think that was possible. Read more

I have frequented this location many times and feel that the service has just continued to decline. I have noticed that the... staff are quite unpleasant and don't ask for your loyalty card. I had forgotten it the other day as it is still a new thing forme and because I was not asked, like I am at other locations, I missed out on my purchase being used towards my loyalty visits.I asked if the girl could reenter and make the adjustment and she declined. I find that customer service and satisfaction is notnumber one at this particular location. Also, the coffee has recently increase without the usual written notice on the priceboard. I feel that this increase has happened to cover all of the free rewards they have been giving out. Now instead of itbeing a free cup of coffee, everyone is paying for it in previous purchases. I think it's time to go to McDonald's for mymorning hot drink as I can get a large coffee and a muffin for $2.10. Now I can't even get a large coffee for that at TimHorton's. Just ridiculous for a few coffee beans. Read more
