Insensitive, unprofessional staff and horrible service. Misleading information on mobile order app. Will never go to this... location ever again, so disappointed and disgusted with the treatment I received. This morning I and my little sister decidedto go on a walk to grab a coffee from Tim Hortons. I heavily use the Mobile app because of its convenience and ability to orderahead of time, so we initially planned to go to the Sobeys Plaza location right across the street from this Tim Hortons. But, werealized that I could not pick up my mobile order from inside the store; I could only pick it up through the drive-thru. So wesettled on this location since it had in-store pickup available for mobile orders. I ended up ordering two lattes, using apromotion code that allows me any free drink of any size. But, when we showed up at the location and asked about our order, wecame to find out that that location doesn't serve lattes at all, even though on the app I was able to pay for it, receiving noalerts of this information at all. The employees stated this as though I somehow should have already known about this. Iimmediately felt guilty for some reason? The manager then tells me that the only thing to do is get a refund, which shestruggles with until an employee helps her. During this, no one ever apologized for this mistake, nor did anyone offer otheralternatives such as providing another drink of the same value. Instead, the whole time I felt it was my own fault for makingthis mistake instead of the actual location's fault. The store/management should have advertised the items they do and don'thave available at that location (I do know for a fact that the other places I've been to before alert you when they do not havean item or don't make it when you try to select it). They RARELY get your order correct. Ask for a sesame bagel, you get given an everything bagel. Ask for old fashioned dip... donut, you get old fashioned plain. Ask for a tiny drop of milk (they always repeat, "so just a quarter?" to which I reply"just a tiny drop" then they fill your cup 25% full of milk and turn it into a latte. This is to say nothing of the obscenelylong lines and how SLOW it is when you walk in the store. There could be 2 people ahead of you and it will take 10 minutesbefore you're asked your order. When I moved to the area 8 years ago, this was a not-bad Tim's but now it's just awful in everysense of the word. Read more

Went here yesterday and the manager Debbie has not an ounce of professionalism at all. The girl that took my order Catharine was... trying to give me my order and Debbie was just yelling at her out front infront of customers. Even told her she was lying. Staythe hell away from this place unless you want to get B I T C H E D at by Debbie. Instead of yell at the employees ahe should getoff her A$$ and clean the dinning room as there was many flies. This location makes the best coffee. Always fresh. The two Indian ladies usually in morning shift are absolutely incredible.... They recognize my voice on the intercom and know exactly who I am and have my triple triple decaf always ready, and perfect.They are so amazing. Read more

The employees at this location and normally pretty good with the orders. I see the owners in working behind the desk from time... to time. It's nice to know of certain locations that don't constantly screw up your order and require you to go back and get itfixed, or stop at a different location for a new coffee Read more
