I believe that this establishment has very caring employees. The one worker that helped me through an issue deserves a raise. A... bunch of minors who I could have had a physical & verbal argument dealt with the situation quite professionally. I love herattitude and she deserves a raise. I wish I could give a zero star to this location, but there is no option to do that. I always get my morning coffee from here... and the person who takes the order is always rude like she doesn?t even wanna work there and hate her job, today i went there toorder and i asked for a bagel with egg and lettuce tomato, she started whining that why cant you orde an egg belt, what else doyou want. Is this the way to speak to a customer on a drive through, Really! I just never want to go to this location. They arealways in a rush and give pathetic service to their customers. When i went to the window and asked the girl who was taking myorder she looked at me with angry eyes instead of apologizing. I'd come here quite often when I work in oakville. This morning I needed to use the bathroom but it was out if tp. I mentioned... it and waited 5 minutes and no one came. I needed to go. I went to the counter and there was a roll and keys sitting on thecounter and everyone standing around the far side. So I had to grab it and install it myself. The cover fell apart. Thisplace is DISGUSTING! I never how disgusting bad it was there until now. Never again! A regular customer is moving on to find aCLEAN and maintained store. Read more
I stoped by to grab an egg and cheese bagel belt and specified NO BACON but they ended up putting bacon in my sandwich. I... religiously don?t eat bacon at all, because I didn?t look while I was eating during my meeting I ended up eating half of it andI feel disgusting. It ruined my breakfast and my day. Very bad experience in this location Very bad customer service. Staff is fighting in front of us they don?t have understanding... at all . They gave me chicken when I specifically asked for veggie things. When i asked there is chicken still they are ignoringand trying to convince me that this is veggies . Half of stuff what i asked they don?t have and the quantity of food fhey gaveme was like very less and when i asked that?s it. She is like yes because they don?t have more stufff.. . Literally , are uhserious even Coffee taste bitter. Those girls needs to learn more about customer service specially more knowledge about tim ifthey really wanna work at tim Hortons otherwise its a loss for business. The customer service was excellent. Insa was very kind to help us fix the order. It was a big order and she kindly replaced our... wrong drinks. Also, she was very quick at the sandwich station. Never received my sandwich order this quick. Definitely, it willbe my all time stop on enroute Niagara. Read more
Horrible customer service. Very immature management. Rude and disrespectful. I have been a customer for 3 years and the customer... service is declining. After the service I received today, I will not return to this location. Its disgusting how they treatthere customer. The management needs to be trained to respect, listen and provide the service the customers deserve. If thiscontinues you will loose customers.
