Coffee was extremely hot and tasted a bit burnt, and on there whole menu there is not one gluten free option. Kind of sad when... almost all other places now offer some kind of choice. Read more

Very dissatisfied with the service. Several occasions ordered an item from them and it was not fulfilled properly. Also when... purchasing Oatmeal there was no option to receive it sugar free. I was not informed of the sugar being in it in advance. I askedfor it on the side. When receiving it I made my way back to the other side of the hospital to find they did not put the sugaraside. Forced to go back and exchange it. I once again ended up with non glazed oatmeal with sugar still inside. I have been toother Tim Hortons Franchise locations. This is the first time I am being forced to eat it with sugar. They need to implementchanges to this. This is a community with diabetes and forcing them to eat sugar can become a bigger issue.
