The place has gotten worse and worse every visit. Today was the end for me at this location. They hand me my hot chocolate with... out making sure the lid is on so i end up with hot chocolate all over myself and my car. Never got an im sorry or compensationfor this all i got was a few napkins and a new drink. My arm is now red and hot and my car is covered in hot chocolate. Read more

This location does not have a sense of customer service at all. There was kid who wouldn't want to change my ice coffee as it... wasn't done the way I wanted it. Then he called a manager (Jason) who almost did the same thing but when I told him that I amnot here to argue for $2, its up to you how you would like to treat your customers, then he changed the Ice Coffee but withattitude saying that I am only doing it this time, next time I wont.
