The old lady in the front is horrible We didn't understand how to use the award point very well, cause we hadn't used it in a... long time, I remember back in the day we could use them with our card directly. She didn't explain anything at first and justkept telling us we couldn't use the point card. And what's even worse is that she was trash-talking about us - and in front ofus to her peers saying "we are annoying and we dont know the rules had changed", we just didn't understand how to use the card,is it that hard to explain? And what's that attitude of trash talking in front of customers who first time visiting thislocation for? Worst Tims's location and experience. Read more

By far the service is unbelievable especially ?Anne? she made are experience amazing from the... start with her smile and I just sat down and noticed how she treated every customer with respect and made sure they were alltaken care of with the most amazing service and smile! Ever since the lids changed its a hit or a miss if you are going to have the coffee you buy just leak out the sides. Terrible... new design that does not contain the drink. It does not stay seamless on the cup. Always a mess now to deal with Read more
ABSOLUTLY horrible , every time! Either our drinks are completely wrong but has the proper writing on the lid or the food is... wrong , they don?t have it or it?s missing things. Today my turkey bacon club was missing turkey. Completely gross when yoursandwich is just mayo, lettuce, and bacon ???? would suggest people use other locations. Once again what is wrong with this store at Superior Crt Oakville. I went in to order and I noticed this manager looks very... miserable and I notice it is reflecting on his staff. Walking into this Tim was like walking into a morgue. The place was sodirty I ordered my food and then I left while driving I noticed in my food there was a bug in it I was grossed out and I had tothrow out my food. I?m going to contact public health. This isn?t the first time this happened. They should shut this TimHortons down. To the public don?t go to this tim Hortons it?s very dirty. Health inspection is going to receive a call. Read more

Great Tims location, love coming here, the staff is always friendly and smiling. They always gets our orders right and it comes... up quickly. Only sometimes they are out of something I?m looking for but the variety is still really good. Will keep coming tothis location for its small patio when the weathers nice. I went to order potato wedges with chipotle and hot chocolate with half white hot chocolate. I got the wrong drink and they... forgot to put chipotle in the bag. I went back and told the drive thru window girl that my order is wrong, she gave me thechipotle and when i told her about the drink she said they don't give out free things. I even told her to check out my orderthat i paid for chipotle and the drink so it's not free. I paid for my stuff. I even gave her the old drink back to dump it.Then i had to pay for my drink again because i didnt want something for free. She even told me that i won't know the differenceas they look the same. I took a sip and i felt the difference. First of all, you don't tell your customers that they are herefor free stuff as we are not. Second of all, if you are having a bad day that does not give you any right to be rude to someoneelse. Did visited them very often but after today, i honestly don't want to visit again. I understand sometimes there are peoplewho come often with complaints but i never did. This was the first time i came back. I even apologized twice even tho it wasn'tmy fault.
