Coffee was ok but 3* for good environment otherwise 0* for coffee
Customer service, very confrontational. After ordering an original cold brew, she actually came to the window and said that I... ordered it with vanilla, to which I said no you asked me if it was a Bieber French vanilla and I repeated no the orginal coldbrew, black. She actually was confrontational which I found very rude, trying to actually state it was my error and not hers,lucky my wife was sitting in the vehicle with me and helped my case. This isn't the only incident with this lady she actuallycall another customer idot while he was pulling up, the driver didn't hear her but since I was behind him I heard her saythis...poor attitude. It?s always a busy time to go between 9am- 930. It took me about 25 mins to receive my order. Meanwhile all the other orders... like Uber and stuff got theirs done first. Very frustrating!! This location needs serious help. Read more
Sad to see so many negative reviews, people don't realize this Tim Hortons is Inside a Shell Gas station . Has a lot of traffic... go through here. However I can't complain, gets my order right, items are fresh and service is good. Read more
The total wait time in the drive through was 20 minutes resulting in lukewarm coffee. Not impressed considering this is supposed... to be a flagship location. Read more
Slowest Tim Hortons I?ve ever been to. Or really any fast food place for that matter. This place takes so long that practically... every time I go there I will see somebody just leave while in line. Even sometimes after they?ve already ordered and paid. Iordered on the app (literally just a small coffee and donut) and 20 minutes later I asked the guy there if it was ready. He saidhe hadn?t even started on it. No matter what staff are there, it?s so painstakingly slow. Not to mention, they start closinglike 30 minutes before the store is meant to close. I had to write this review because my last visit here really got in my head. This Tim Hortons has some terrible employees, I've... had it now multiple times where they make me feel like I'm a burden to them for ordering something. It's their job! Just becausethey had a bad day does not give them the right to project that negative attitude to others. Really disappointed. Read more
