Not a good place to work or to visit. Fay, the manager is so incredibly disrespectful. While taking orders at the drive thru, we... are required to hold the customers at the speaker and make them wait there until we make the order and get it ready. They say itwill be faster but how? The line up is getting long, all the way out the plaza. Eventually, they stressed me out to the pointwhere I can't work there anymore. While visiting as a guest, I was in the drive thru, and Fay made the car in front of me payfor my order by mistake, and said it was my fault because I did not pay at the speaker. How? Many people would rather pay at thewindow. Please go to any other Tim Hortons. Read more
I mean if u choose Tim Hortons for convenience and fast food service, u better not choose this one since the drive thru is alway... very long. It takes at least 20 minutes. Also, inside service is slow, u always can see a long line. Btw they dont serve napkinswhich i really can?t understand. Read more
By far the worst Tim Hortons in all of Oakville, every experience has been the same. I try to avoid at all costs even though... it?s my area and I would rather drive farther away and waste my gas to a different TH. Drive thru is very slow. The debitmachine placed while you order has slowed things down immensely and defeats the purpose of trying to expedite check out. Thewindow service is shrewd, abrupt, rude sometimes. Must check order before driving away as they have messed up many times. Nowthe safety plexi glass is so big and in your face that you never really make contact with the cashier just their hands, whenthey hand you the food or machine to pay. Terrible experience overall. The TH next door at the gas station however is greatservice, fast, friendly and efficient always. Read more
The new Harvest Breakfast (plant based) Sandwich is great! Hope it's here to stay. The service at this TIMs is a bit... inconsistent, as the staff taking the orders is new. This has been the case for the last two months or so. Nonetheless onceorder is placed, it is serviced promptly. Read more
Longest wait at the drive through I have ever had. And it's not like it was a long line. Never coming back. Then my toasted... bagle looks like this and tastes worse. It's also chewy. I think I'll just throw it out. Read more

If you're a POC, DO NOT visit this location b/c the team will treat you with no respect. - team is rude... & not helpful - no proper customer service & staff ignores the customer - always missing an item when picking up orders -quality of food is also poor Save your energy and money!
