What a great time, they were short staffed, and still gave first class service. The servers was very fast, and the food was hot... from the kitchen staff and tasted excellent. My wife and I went for dinner and listened to two screaming kids at the table behind us. We understand this is a family... restaurant and kids will be kids, but these kids did not stop screaming the entire time we were there. Very loud and notpleasant.The restaurant did nothing. We were going to have dessert but we left as soon as we could. In situations like this whenthe screaming is way over the top, the management should have said something. Probably won?t go back. I went at 8:45 on Sunday. Waited at the front counter for 5 minutes then flagged down a waiter and asked to be seated. He... said, "no we are closed at 9". I said the sign on the door says you're open till 9:30 and Google says 9:15. He said I couldget take out till 10. I'm very disappointed that I went 45 minutes before their posted closing time and couldn't get seated. Iwould easily have been out and done in 45 minutes. They need to post the right hours and keep them. Now I need to go somewhereelse and won't likely be back there. Read more

I normally eat at various swiss chalet locations and always very happy. Today I went to this location and had a terrible... experience both with the food and customer service. We ordered our meals and the manager brought out an order of chicken springrolls to the table. They were very dark and burnt on the ends. I stated to the manager that they were burnt and all she saidwas " do you want another one" and I said yes. I expected that they would replace the order because I tried one and it tastedburnt too. She sent out with the waitress the replacement order which consisted of 1 single spring roll, and It was the smallestI have ever seen. Super insulted by the way it was handled she never came back to see if everything was okay. The meal came andboth meals had fries and they were over cooked and super hard. In general the meals were not enjoyable and I was extremelydisappointed with the customer service as well. With covid entering the 7th wave, most restaurants we go into and eat, theservers are wearing masks. We really appreciate that when they do to help protect their customers since my spouse had atransplant. This location no one wears masks. With a good percentage of seniors as their clients as well, it would be nice ifthey would take steps to protect their staff or at least customers. Staff going table to table with no mask is like a superspreader event. Makes us very uneasy to eat here. Read more
