The food is inconsistent AT THIS OAKVILLE LOCATION. Sometimes good and other times a waste of money. Customer service is... disgusting. And that?s if they even answer the phone. Ordered a family meal for 4 but got the same amount of rice they serve ina meal for one and was yelled at when I called to receive the rest of my order. Rudest service I have ever experienced. THEYWILL NEVER GET MY MONEY AGAIN!!! This review does not reflect the standard of other Sunrise restaurants as I have been a loyalcustomer since the original location on Kingston rd in Scarborough and frequent many other locations without issues. Great authentic jerk! The spice level was perfect and the ox tail gravy was 10/10! Would recommend :)

First & last time ordering from this location. Could not fullfil anyone of my orders properly. All 3 issues in one ?A missing... item, an incomplete order & lack of supply... Disappointing.. Visited this restaurant many times. The food is good, but the service is horrible. The lady that works there has a rotten... attitude and acts like you're bothering her by going there. No smile, no friendliness, she doesn't even ask how she can helpyou. Just looks at you as if to say "what do you want". Once I even tried to be polite and said thank you and have a good daywhen I was leaving and she didn't even respond. OMG living in Oakville I didn?t think I would find good Caribbean food. This place is GREAT! Friendly service and something... for everyone! I had the goat on rice and beans. For lunch I wanted something different than a hamburger....someone mentioned rotis at the office from Sunrise Caribbean... restaurant, I?ve never had theirs so I made the trip to the RioCan centre off of Burloak south of the QEW on the Border ofBurlington and Oakville. Sunrise is a small shop but clean, I ordered the chicken roti with medium heat to go, was ready in notime, the other items on the menu looked interesting.... worth another visit. The roti was a good size, nice thin wrap, lots ofmeat, not too much potato, lots of sauce and she was spicy ( good heat ) Normally I eat these like a sandwich, but this one wasvery saucy, had to eat with a knife and fork or it would end up all over my dress shirt ????
