Specifically complaining about that only sandwich artist on the shift (work on Sunday, July 10, from 5:30pm-6:30pm). I came in... store, she was with ear bud probably talking to someone on the phone. I was deciding which sub to get, she made a huge long sighas if I was wasting her valuable time. Then, she didn?t ask if I would like to have my sub grilled, so my sub was cold which isextremely unpleasant. She literally obliterated my movie date with my boyfriend cuz my mood after that became really bad.Anyway, I just want to tell u: lady, you are paid here to work instead of socializing with your friend or having honey moonhere. Do what you are supposed to do at your work, be professional cuz ur hired as an sandwich artist not CEO of Subway. Beingpolite to customer is fundamental of customer service. Read more

Had a very bad experience at this subway. For sure never visiting again. The girl at the counter was very rude and... disrespectful. I asked for burger , when she was about to make it. I requested her to cancel that and make me 6 inch sub as 4$for that bite size was not worth. Very rudely she said you just wasted this burger and she threw away the bun. I told her I mnot complaining but I m just saying it is too small can you make me 6inch as obviously I will be paying more. But her attitudewas so bad. I told her if she can make my foot long and another 6 inch I will leave as she is not ready to listen. But insteadof apploglogizing for her behavior. She said I don't want to serve you and even discarded foot long sub. She shouldn't be in anyservice industry. The owner need to see if their employees have basic manner to be in service industry. Edited: I didn't changemy mind for 1ft long Subway as replied by owner. This whole team is bad. Such a bad Response from owner. People pls saveyourself from insult from employees and avoid this Subway. Read more
