Friendly staff, tasty subs!
Awful customer experience at Subway Maplegrove Oakville because this franchise owner,Jack, only employs two people by day and... this creates unneccessary, lenghthy and frsutrating wait times, it's an awful customer experience because of this, everytime.The staff are great but clearly overwhelmed. This is a quick service restaurant and it is anything but efficient, and thefranchisor clearly prioritizes revenue over customer experience and repeat business as he wants to save on employee wages andtherefore understaffs the store so his bottom line doesnt suffer near term (His actions will result in mid-term and long termlosses in revenue), it shows a blatant disregard for customers (And their valued time) as it's been like this forever despiteconstructive reviews on the matter having been previously posted. Please get new staff, customers should feel comfortable to ask simple questions and not receive an eye roll.
Service was kind except that I was stiffed on the meat count. I thought it was a little odd that I only got 6 slices of turkey... on my foot long sandwich but I was reluctant to say anything because I figured that was the right number of slices, but whileeating my sandwich and only tasting vegetables I thought I should find out. Online it seems the unanimous number by sources is 8slices of turkey for a foot long, and so I had to write this review. If I'm wrong, then please comment and I'll update myreview. Read more
Customer service was awful. Felt so rushed when deciding. I requested the sweet onion chicken and was told I couldn't have it... because it HAS to be microwaved. I have had it cold before and had no issues. Overall the sandwich was stuffed to) with lettuce.Basically paid $16 for a lettuce sandwich of the sandwich I didn't want because they're microwave wasn't on yet. Should havebeen propared to open after 45 mins of opening. Read more
I visit only in daytime and the staff is very friendly. Always clean, cookies are fresh always. If your sandwich artist is the... brown lady working in mornings then you're in luck. Just love this location and they are consistent as well : ) Read more
This is a terrible subway location. The owners are rude. One time I tried to use a coupon and they wouldn't let me buy a bottled... drink(coupon said free sub with a sub and ANY drink). Well they said it had to be a fountain drink which was false and then totop it off the fountain drink machine wasn't working properly. I live very close and actually drive out of my way to go to theroyal windsor location! Read more
Very good subs. Cookies are the best there (M&M). Little pricey it you get what you pay for.
