I ordered the smashed avocado and turkey sub through the app for pick up and took it home only to discover that there was no... avocado on it! Kind of defeats the purpose. After wiping away my tears and regaining my composure I complained to the restaurantand they basically told me to kick rocks. I vow to never give subway another dollar every again. Read more

review date: december 1, 2021 customer service dates: dec. 1/21 and ongoing since 2015 this subway store is a 24-7 operation,... which is a tremendous asset if you're a shift worker coming in at night, or if you need to grab some food to keep you going onovertime hours when literally everywhere else is closed. this store does consistent business at night which makes it worththeir while to stay open at night. parking is available nearby and further within the plaza. my favorite picks are the meatballsub and the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. the store does have daily specials-each day a different sub is featured at adiscounted price. positives: -24/7 access -good selection of subs to choose from at all hours of the day. -prices will rangeall-in from $5 to $12 depending on 6-inch or 12-inch choices. -better alternative to greasy hamburgers and fries -subs have beenconsistently of good quality ingredients and assembly on my visits. ???? -staff are polite, with limited english. they try tomove the orders as best they can; they are not fast but not slow either. -store is consistently clean inside. -during covid thestore had hand sanitizer and partitioned plexiglass to protect the workers and customers. cons: -can get extremely busy duringthe day. if you are tight for time and know what you want, phone-in your order to cut the line. -prices can get a bit highwhen taking on a more expensive option; can get over $12 all-in. bottom line: i would use the subway @ royal windsor/ford drivefor meatball/chicken subs when needed. i would recommend this store to others also.
