Just ordered 3 subs and they messed up 2. If you like surprises and then arguments when you are looking for an apology this is... the place to go. I wont be back, there is one on every block so why go where you are taken for granted. Read more

Sloppiest sub I have ever had in my life. I could have cut the bread straighter blindfolded. Toppings were hanging out... everywhere. I was shocked that she didn't take a second to tuck the toppings in, but instead just wrapped the sub in paper, put it in the bag , and then literally scrunched up some napkins, and stuffed them in the bag.The crazy thing is that there wasonly 1 other customer in the store, so it's not like she was overly busy. I won't return. This is the second visit where protocols were ignored entirely. The first visit, I had to TELL the staff member... to pull her mask up before making my order. Time passed and I decided to give them a second chance?mistake. A man entered infront of me not wearing ANY face mask (not even present on his person). There were two staff in the store and they served himwithout hesitation. NO MENTION of the fact that he was maskless. I turned around and immediately left the store. If they can'tbe bothered to enforce the rules when people are there, what else are they doing that we can't see. IRRESPONSIBLE. My visit wason Feb 24 at approximately 6pm. Read more
