Every time I go here, the staff have no manners. They don't greet the customers, and rarely go out of their way to make any form... of a connection. I've even been there, when the staff openly discuss not liking specific customers, and go out of their way tonot have to serve them. Very poor customer service. Ordered a venti size coffee and delivered with only 2/3 of the cup. I did not pay for air.
Ordered 2 cups of sweetened iced coffee and it was bitter. Stirred it as well but no difference. Asked the server and he said he... did add sweetener but we never could taste it. Disappointed, won?t come again to this one. Read more
Shout out to Stella! She was very friendly and welcoming to my friends and I. Went to order a Draco Malfoy drink but they didn?t... have all the ingredients so Stella recommended many substitutes and the final drink turned out amazing.
