Well this Starbuck is doing great to reach this goal We became customers because nice service but the... staff working TODAY Sunday Sept 11 2022 at 10AM simple terrible Patio dirty and Tables locked. I came inside if they will putthe chairs they said NO because was raining, raining??? In what country. This stratbucks is not doing a good selection of their staff that has been hired recently, today the patio was dirty and the... chairs were not in place for customers we asked to some help us and not help at all we technically kicked out. We spend 3 or 4times per week 45 CAD plus what we buy in bulk coffee so is so sad how low this business has down. Ordered a grande Paradise drink (pineapple juice with with ?green tea? and bits of frozen pineapple and ice). As you can see... half of the cup is ICE! I paid $6.72 almost $7 for juice with half full ice! This is ridiculous. I can only see sales going downfor Starbucks when they rip off people like this. Read more

Aundria clearly doesnt know what good customer service is. She was very rude to me. I asked for a little extra milk in my... coffee, as it was darker then usual. She said "we'll do it this time but not again". I said "I just want a little extra. Whywould you give me a hard time about that?" And she said "WERE NOT GOING TO DO IT NEXT TIME. OKAY!?" Worst experience I've everhad at Starbucks. She was also in the back talking to one of her co-workers before this happened. While her other co-worker wason the floor struggling to get drinks made. Extremely happy that this is my local Starbucks! The staff are the kindest i've ever seen at any location, they always have a... positive attitude and they love making conversations! They also bring out cups of water on a hot summer day (the patio ispretty big and cozy/lots of shade) The drinks are always well done! They also never run out of anything which is the best thingever! The washroom is always clean, the store is always clean! It's a small store and it really makes it feel like a smalllocal coffee shop! Can't wait for summer break to hit to get fully loaded on all the frappuccinos Fun Fact: You can ask themto make a "surprise frappuccino" for you and it's almost always amazing! I went into Starbucks today at Third Line and Dundas in Oakville. (Feb. 13, 2022 at 11:30AM) I ordered the Brown Sugar Oat... Shaken Espresso, specifically with LIGHT ICE. I have ordered it before with regular ice and it takes up the whole drink. So Iknow now to ask for Light Ice EVERY TIME. However, this store did not read the label that said Light Ice and they gave me FullIce (pictures included). This means I got 3 sips out of my drink and I paid $6 for a pile of Ice. I won't be going back to thislocation ever and it makes me wonder if Starbucks is even worth going too anymore. Especially after a few bad experiences withthem not getting my drink done correctly. I am finally saying something because Starbucks is expensive and I'm not wasting mymoney on something that is unsatisfactory. Read more
