Three small pieces combo Like this.. will not visit your store ever again

Yesterday I ordered 14 pieces of Kentucky chicken and most of them were small sized, dry and not fresh. Although they had fresh... pieces ready, they decided to put the ones that have been made way earlier and have stayed out longer. I ordered online. I arrived about ten minutes later, no chicken. Half hour after ordering, no chicken. Why the delay? They... didn't put my chicken on till I arrived. Why didn't they put it on when I ordered online so that it would be ready when I gothere? Isn't that the point of ordering online? I received no reply. Ordering online is useless. I requested a freshly cooked fillet and I was ensured everything is prepared fresh?.. 2-3 minutes later my order is called... out?.. I again to verify asked if it is fresh and I was ensured yes it is?? Having worked there over 2 years; no call fordropping the sandwich was made? and was really quickly called out to pick up. Waited 10 minutes in line to order, restaurant was crowded and potentially over capacity. Then waited 20 more for a combo... because they gave my order away to the wrong person. Maybe they need to check order numbers? Food was tasty though Read more

Update: I did revisit them, and it looks like they considered the customer comments and have done a fantastic thing. Thanks a... lot, especially Zeenat, for your excellent customer service and fresh food. The staff members mixed fresh chickens with stale,not fresh and overcooked one which tasted like wooden sticks. Those pieces hurt our tooth and ended up with the bloody gum of mykids. What makes me unsatisfied that I have asked them to make it fresh and they said I have to wait for 20 minutes, which Idid. I don't know if what they did is worth it to have customer dissatisfaction in addition to impact the chain reputation. Whatyou did guys is really disappointing and shame on you to treat your customers in such a cheating way. That food ended in thetrash. Read more
