Took advantage of the free slice promo, it's a really nice location!
Ordered a surprise box through Too Good To Go app. Drove to the Pizza Pizza to pick it up at the specified time but the man at... the counter told me on arrival they had nothing. He claimed they did not post anything to the app. This despite the fact thatthere was a case full of hours old pizza slices in the case he was standing behind. I reported through the TGTG app and therefunded my price, but I still wasted my time and gas just to be told my the employees of pizza pizza to essentially leave withno offer of help. Read more
Good pizza...kinda gross you have to borrow a key to use a locked bathroom. Not sanitary. I'd give it 5 stars if the bathrooms... were unlocked! Read more
Horrendous experience here. I usually do not post about my time in restaurants but the way I was treated by the two employees at... this place was terrible. I myself work in the customer service industry and I know that is not how you speak to customers letalone another human. I came in to order 20 wings and they overcharged me for an extra dip and split the box into two boxes of 10wings each for some reason. This totalled my order at 30+ dollars. The lady who cashed me out did not even mention that therewould be an extra charge and just put the wings in two separate boxes. When asked to review my order, both employees wereextremely condescending and rude and did not offer to change my order or recompensate me for the difference in price.Furthermore, when questioned about the price I should?ve been charged for the wings (22.49), he proceeded to tell me that ?theprice advertised on their board is wrong and that the price went up?. I mean?. It?s fine if the price went up, but you have tosell to customers at the price that you?re advertising, you have to inform customers about this before they pay. Will attach the pics of the pizza received. I got a cold pizza and I requested for a well done pizza not a burnt pizza. I didn't... even eat a slice from the pizza, it not at all edible. Horrible way to make pizza is described well in these pictures. This isnor how to make a well done pizza guys. Me and my friends are not ordering from your location, not again. Read more
Comfortable small and the only time I've been there it's been really not busy at all. Though I've only seen one worker so that... may be a cause for concern, but since I don't come here often I don't think it matters. it's also a very nice and clean place.For the little while I was there it was nice. Aboslutely disgusting, came in here wanting a pizza and saw an employee on her phone not interested in helping me. Then she... finally put away her phone and went to make pizzas without washing her hands. This made me very disgusted, I would never comeback here! Read more
This pizza place used to be great? UNTIL they reduced the size of the slices, by a NOTICEABLE amount. And made the cost of the... pizza more expensive. When I waited and stood around to wait, they told me in a rude manner, to SIT DOWN. They misgendered meseveral times. It was especially offensive for a trans person, including myself. Not only that, they seem very discriminatoryagainst trans people, or gender fluid people because the washroom says ?WOMEN ONLY?. Which makes it harder for them to accessthe washroom. This used to be such a friendly place, now it just seems like they don?t value customers like they used to.There?s no cutting corners in business. Read more
