I gave my 11 year old a $20 to go buy a slice after hockey. Came out 5 minutes later with a cheese slice and $1.05 in change. I... went in to ask if they had made a mistake and the employee told me that my son paid with a $5.00 and they have it on securitycamera. I asked them if they could show me as the employee seemed to have the recording on his phone. He refused, and thencontinued to argue that my son paid with the $5.00 he never had. After about 10 minutes of denying they were wrong theyreluctantly gave me the right change and I left. BTW, My 11 year old really enjoyed being called a liar and that he was tryingto scam you out of $15.00. You really made our night and we will be sure to never bother you with our business again. Terrible location, find a different one. The service here is horrendous and the workers are incredibly rude.

One of the worst service ever . Did order on the phone they told me will be ready in 20 minutes went to the store after 20... minutes was not ready and they told to wait another 15 minutes after 15 minutes when I asked they say we will make it now . Read more

Edit: I?m changing my review to 5 star and here is why. After my initial bad experience I was contacted by customer service.... They actually card which was nicer they offered me a partial credit to try again and I did a few weeks later. This time thepizza was actually great so I made a pint to come and update my review because when a company cares to improve they should getthe credit for it as well. Thanks for following up I havnt ordered from pizza pizza in years because I remember their qualitywasn?t great. I moved to a new place which has a pizza pizza near so after years I figured let?s give it a try. They charged me$20 for a medium ?specialty? pizza which is $3 more than a very high quality Dominos and yet they skimped out so much on thetopping! A few slices have no meat on them at all! Update- Increased rating to 3 stars. Support team emailed and offered a full refund. Also confirmed to touch base with this... location on the issue. Original post- Got Funnel cake sticks here. They were a receipe for heart attack. The sticks were allsoggy, dripping dark colored grease . After nearly 35mins and 3 phone calls later, customer care picks up, offers a replacementthat I need to pick up for no fault of mine, around 3am. I offered to show them the video for a full refund, but was rathergiven app credit for 50% value of original price; which still sucks because I couldnt eat them. They were inedible!!! Photosattached. Very consistent producers of average pizza at an average price. Service is (consistently) pretty good though

Two pizzas ordered a small Hawaiian and a xl Prosciutto & Arugula. The small pizza was delivered exactly as we opened it as you... can see in thee picture, box clearly tipped to the side and toppings all fell off. Didn't eat this one. The other pizza, welldoesn't look even close to how its advertised online, and for some reason we got arugula on only half. The prosciutto itselflooks very dark in colour, almost brown and does not look fresh at all. I was disgusted and refused to eat this one as it lookunappetizing and I didn't want to risk eating what looks like 'gone bad' prosciutto. This location in particular always hasissues with not getting my order right and this was the first time in over a year ordering and this is what I got.
