Ordered chicken shawarma , a 15$ bowl with more of green lettuce. Was too salty. Pickle and jalapeño was soggy. We threw it... there in the dustbin. Compared to when I first ordered, it was quite underwhelming. First the chicken was not seasoned enough that I can taste the... flavor of the old dark meat. Also the portion seems to be smaller than it was before, quite disappointing. Maybe a bad day/timeto order from here. Read more

Terrible service. I ordered 2 chicken on the rocks and 1 coke can. Both the chicken on the rocks contained sauces that I did not... ask for, the potatoes were missing and I never received the coke can. Right away I called and told them about the issue. Thelady there, she said her name was Faram/Baram She told me that they ran out of coke and someone should have contacted me. I toldher that nobody had called me at all and I was not informed whatsoever. I should also add, if you run out of an item, why notput another drink as a replacement if you are not even going to bother and call and inform the customer?Anyways, I also informedher about the potatoes missing and the wrong sauces. She said to call her back in 5 minutes because she is going to talk to herco worker. Right away this is extremely unprofessional. .I called her back after 5 minutes and asked for a compensation rightaway, when I clearly should have been offered one. She offered to give me potatoes if I ever come and stop by. She proceeded tosay that her co worker said he put the correct sauces and added potatoes and was ready to end the call, and it seemed as if shewas accusing me of lying. I told her I could send her a picture of my food untouched with clear indication that the wrong saucewas added and NO potatoes were there and she went on again to say "my co worker said he put the correct stuff in." She then hungup on my face. If the co worker is too lazy to call and inform the customer about out of stock items, of course he would lie andsay he did everything correct to not get in trouble. Ordered two chicken on the rocks with four sauces/toppings: hummus, garlic sauce, tzatziki, and ?special sauce?. I only got one... sauce which I don?t know what it is. I asked for baked potato and the basmati rice together, since that was available on theUber Eats page. This is what I got, with no potato. The portions were also very small and not worth the price of $12.00. Itwas dry, the chicken was stale, and hardly any chicken (just skimming the surface). This is one of my top Shawarma places. It was recently toppled from the first place in my books by another great eatery but it... is a VERY close second. The only place which serves scrumptious fried aubergines (or egg plant, or brinjal, or baingan - takeyour pick!) with shawarma! I was sceptical the first time I had it but it was the hook that keeps pulling me back to Pita Liteagain and again. Don't get me wrong - the shawarma in Pita, shawarma salad and shawarma plate with potatoes on the side are allvery good - in fact excellent - but the fried eggplant is what makes it a unique experience every single time. Everything isexcellent - fresh salads and top notch choices of ingredients. The only gripe is that the servings depend much on the server andher/his mood. I have had instances when my meal was spoiled just because the serving person tried skimping on servings butmostly these are good folks. And with this quality of shawarma and that damn eggplant, I can?t hold my grievances for toolong. Highly recommended. Go for the eggplant if nothing else! You won't regret it. Read more

Compared to many other shawarma or pita places I've tried pita lite is kind of sub par. The toppings were pretty fresh, the... garlic sauce was alright, the hot sauce was actually spicy. The hummus was a more liquid texture than it should be and the bigkicker for me was the meat. I ordered the beef kafta wrap and they pulled it out of a container. It tasted bland like somethingyou'd get from a frozen meal honestly. It was obviously a low quality meat and I don't think they made it in house. Read more
