If you’re hungry then you’ll be fine. But if you know good Vietnamese food then don’t even bother coming here. Service is... subpar with a few waitresses who don’t know how to smile or communicate. I smiled at them and cracked a few jokes but itwasn’t reciprocated :( Pho broth was awful I couldn’t even finish. Bun Bo Hue is awesome, loved it. A great place for a quick meal.
Be aware. “Vermicelli with two toppings” chose shrimp as the second topping and paid an extra three bucks. YOU GET ONE... SINGLE SHRIMP. One freaking shrimp for extra three bucks. Not saying the noodles itself doesn’t taste good, but be aware. Twoyears ordering, first time trying the shrimp. This will be my last time visiting. Unbelievable. I wish I can give minus stars. Great choice for a simple quick meal. My wife and I like to bring our two kids here for a quick pho meal when the mood strikes... or when time is tight. They are very accommodating for the kids with the kit that they bring out without us asking. We usuallyjust get two bowls of noodle soup and split it with the kids. Ordered pho and vermicelli, both decent. Beef robs on the vermicelli were a bit unflavored tho. Also ordered fresh shrimp... spring rolls and fried frog legs. The latter was amazing! Not very good anymore. New higher prices and smaller portions. This is based on a takeout order called into the Oakville... location today. This place used to be great. Prices were decent. The broth was very tasty. They've recently raised theirprices and have also cut the portions basically in half. I'm not exaggerating. It was pathetic. I had an XL and my wife a Small. It looked too small to be an appetizer. See the photos attached for reference. Their website still has the lower old priceand I ordered with those expectations. The store didn't honor the website price. Fine, I paid for my meal, only to find outwhen I got home that they actually only give you half of what they used to. Read more
I’m disappointed and angry! I ordered chicken and vegetables for $12.75. I’m starving! Three slivers of tiny shredded... chicken and as you can see with the pictures I provided, the rest are vegetables. Do not go to this place! The portions areextremely small. You will get ripped off!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt a few time BUT now I’m done. Read more
First time here, enjoyed the food, as did my kids. I might try it again with a different dish next time
