If there is a zero star i would have used. Had a Shawarma poutine and the fries were so old and soggy properly from the night... before. The sauce had absolutely no flavour and the chicken was like rubber. Stay away from this terrible location. Sorry aboutmy terrible attitude but the food was thrown into the garbage and even an animal wouldn?t eat it??.. The worst Mediterranean food I ever tasted in GTA. I lived in downtown and I tasted best Mediterranean. The food here felt like... its not fresh. May be few days old stock of chicken. Falafel feels not fresh too. The staff doesn't look happy. Read more

Didn't even like giving it one star, but they have a good beverage fridge. They are the McDonalds of Shawarma places which is... not a compliment in any way. Value based servings with zero nutritional substance. Their sauces are horrible. I went therebecause I was in a strange town and asked a newbie if he knew where a shawarma place was, and that's what he recommended withoutgiving the name.. as soon as I rounded the corner and saw it, I cursed, but I went in anyways, and sure enough, theydisappointed again from the last time I tried them 3 years ago. 2 for 2 complete failure. Food wasn?t bad (not cold but not fresh), but portion size is incredibly low compared to other Osmows locations I?ve been to... (Hamilton, Toronto, Mississauga). Had to ask for more chicken after opening my order, which they fulfilled and didn?t push back,but said no words and didn?t seem interested in my feedback. Not worth the price if portion sizes are this low, especially for a?chain? which should be standardized. One staff member was nice, the other looked like he?d rather be anywhere else in theworld. I would have given the 0 star if possible. May be giving nagative should be the better option. Worst Osmow's experience ever.... The staff was very rude. While ordering, I requested turnips on my platter. They charged me extra for that but when theyprepared, and gave me qithout turnips. I went on counter and showed them, staff got upset and literally throwed turnips in toplate. Which some of them end up going to floor. SCARY.. VERY SACRYYYYYY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ????????????
