Beyond upset after what I witnessed and now cannot eat my meal. I chose to order inside and the manager in a dark gray shirt... coughed on his hands then handled my food. I brought it to his attention because I am also immunocompromised, mocked me, and Irequested a solution. The other employees also apologized and your manager became incredibly defensive, I had no choice but tothrow out my meal. He didn?t wash his hands and continued touching other people?s orders. This place has a lot of bad reviews but it's honestly one of the better ones I've found. The staff were friendly and helpful... with request. With so much of the workforce being temporary I guess it's hard to be consistent. And with school back, I'm surestudents are going to make it much harder to take care of the place. Read more

After repeated visits this location is a solid 3/5. I?ve had some great McDonalds experiences. So this is a fair review. Today... is the new McCrispy Sandwich deluxe. Just launched. Cost was $9.00 with tax (no combo- just the sandwich). I attached pics.Overall, it was disappointing. Mostly because the chicken cutlet was over cooked and had a bit great looking brown colour. Baconwas similar. Dried out and average. This location is the issue. This review doesn?t reflect the entire brand in myexperience. The images speak for themselves. This is one of the few McDonalds available for kilometres if you are driving along Lakeshore West. Having the restaurant there... brings some relief for that reason. The customer service is satisfactory but could be further improved. The speed of service could also be improved on. Read more

We used drive thru to get three chocolate sundae ice cream. I asked chocolate and repeated 3 times to the microphone but got... three vanilla cons instead. No tray. It took quite long to get a manager to approve exchange to my request so line of a few carsstacked behind us. I think something is wrong on that service location. Read more

I will not be coming back to this location. Our sandwich had maybe 2 pieces of shredded lettuce and 2 droplets of sauce which... meant it was a very dry burger. For about $6 a burger you'd think that they'd be more generous with toppings. We ordered icevanilla coffee and got a regular iced coffee. When I asked to have it remade, the employee kept trying to pump an empty bottleof vanilla syrup and handed me the "vanilla coffee" as his version of the remade coffee - I cant imagine how difficult itmust've been to get a new bottle of vanilla. Continued on with our meal and we see that they have now replaced the vanillabottle with a new one and when I asked to have my coffee remade the manager just pumped syrup into my coffee which is fine butshe was very unhappy doing it. Overall, the employees did not look happy doing their job especially since asking them to remakesomething that wasn't done right to begin with seemd like such a hassle for them. Read more

Best place in Oakville by far, I love the service there and I love how they made my meals with no errors at all. This restaurant... is an amazing place to come with friends. All the managers are the best, and accommodate orders for the customer. I especiallylike this young child who's name was Ryan crew trainer, he was so well sophisticated, kind and did everything he asked for wheni asked for it also he's hot so guys hide your girls. Refer to attached image...what is missing? Missing from not one, but all 3 items that I ordered. I think I have a better chance... at winning the lotto than this place ever getting my orders correct. The problem is that I read many similar reviews regardingthis location but I don't think they even care to address it.
