A huge shout out to Lisa, manager at this location. She is positive, uplifting and keeps her team going. She is patient with all... patrons, the happy one and the angry ones. This world has enough negative energy in it and a busy McDonald's on a Saturday atlunch time is not a reason to be upset. More so an expectation. Lisa, my boys had a great laugh with you today! Ordered an iced coffee with half syrup and received a cup full of cream essentially. Ridiculous. Sadly UberEats also refused to... refund it since not enough evidence. Photos look pretty clear to me. Read more

Aside that the ice cream machine was broken, I was really disgusted to see such a dirty restaurant, seems they don?t clean very... often: greasy floors, fries and lettuce all over. The place is not inviting at all. North Oakville needs a better MC. Read more
If a could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. It's almost as if our order was a joke to them based on the LOL and heart they... wrote on the receipt after they intentionally messed up our order. I say intentionally because when you ask for 'No cheese' ona hamburger and they put cheese on the burger PLUS 3 additional slices of cheese on top of the bun, you know it is. Sad to seesome people have zero work ethic. They did that to two of the burgers, if you can call them burgers as the patty was ripped inhalf, the sausage McMuffin was wrapped in a tortilla, one was just the wrong burger all together and 3 items were missing. Food is fast but often cold unless you go in during a dead service period. I have never gotten warm fries from there in the... past few years. Now I want to express a real concern about the manager. I see mixed comments about her. Either she's terribleor she's great. That is an indicator that she is having people pad the reviews for her to try and show less negativity towardsher and to make her look better. I've spent my time as a chef and working for chefs. I can tell you right now after seeing herdeal with some of her staff that she is a bully boss. She is very concerned about speed and it looks like she has her staff cutsome corners when it's busy and that results in cold food. I've seen some of her young staff just seem terrified of her. Likeshakey voice all nervous and in anticipation she is about to chew them out. I deleted my old review because I found itnecessary to point this behavior out. She is not a good manager. She seems very controlling and manipulative. Her paddingreviews is obvious and a clear sign of misbehavior and manipulation on her part. Get rid of her I say. Read more
