I always thought when it comes to ice cream it could take a lot to impress me. This small business did just that. What a... great idea! Get all sorts of ingredients one might have considered a topping and then mix them inside the ice cream while youwait and anticipate.. on a marble slab. I had some misgivings during the ordering phase. However all my doubts were erasedonce I tasted the finished ice cream cone filled with a very generous helping of mouth watering extras. The worst ever cream I had in my 60 years alive,, no flavour what so ever, I ordered 2 scoops one Pistachio and the other Guava... both have one flavour water sugar and colour. It is disgusting ????.. The young girl who served me the 2 scoops she weighs themthey didn?t even reach to the right measurement. The sugar cone is like rubber they leave it out side it gets all the humidityfrom the air and they are not crispy any more. Never go there again. Even a $5 ice cream tube at Nofrills test way better thanthis. PS. Scoop size like a small egg. Read more
You must be kidding with me! $11 for a warm ice cream? Sorry, you?ve to improve your customer service and products. We were 2... and tried to order some ice cream. You only prepared one for my company and moved to the next customer while I was hoping totaste you ?hot? ice creams! Lucky that you skipped me! 1 star is a big one for this service! Good concept but very badly executed. It starts melting just before they hand you the cone and once you?re out of the store,... this is how your ice cream will look like. A complete mess. The two starts is due to the average taste. Read more
Overpriced ! They put the Icecream on marble slab and that?s supposed to somehow make it unique? No thanks. All it did was melt... the icecream And waste some and that?s concerning for me since I paid by weight! Didn?t even taste gelato. Isn?t it better toget Chapman?s and make your own! Read more
A nice place for a good treat after a walk in downtown The thing I liked most is how they make it in front of you. Flavours are good but not excellent compared to other gelato places in town A bit pricy compared to other spots Taste is great... and rich . I loved it Tight seating area and the door is broken. I got here at 8:57 to see they were closed. You should be open and serving until 9pm. I was bringing my boyfriend as this brand... is my favourite icecream place. This was very dissapointing and the guy just said I should?ve came earlier. People are so lazywith no work ethic :/ Read more
