Food was absolutely delicious as always. I?m a regular here and I always have a positive experience. I was gong to write a... review today but then I came across a recent negative review and since I don?t have the ability to reply to it, I have toaddress it like this. Today I came to pick up my order and there was a lady there that was getting mad and yelling at the staff.She even began telling other customers including me to leave the store and do not eat here. I was honestly horrified at herbehaviour. It was absolutely disgusting. She claimed that she found hair in her food which was quite ironic as all the staff hadhairnets on. Moral of the story, I was just shocked by the way people can treat small businesses, and take advantage of theirposition as a customer by threatening them and then go even a step further by writing a negative review with false informationthat people may actually believe. I?m just really upset because I was present at the moment this happened at the restaurant Iwitnessed this lady?s behaviour and it was disgraceful. The owner asked her to leave but she insisted. STAY AWAY!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!! I have been a regular customer here for over 4 years. Food is usually good, but today I ordered... chicken on the rocks and side of fries. I got home and served my son, after taking 2 bites he stared gaging and pulled out thelongest black hair!!! He was so disgusted he puked on the kitchen floor. I called the store right away to inform them whathappened and the owner said he won?t give me a refund or do anything about it but give me a replacement meal, which I refused.He then hung up the phone on me, which was extremely rude and unprofessional!!! Why would I want a replacement meal of the samefood that made my son sick!!! I went back to the store to show them the food and speak with them in person. I was told to leavethe store multiple times and he just ignored my request for a refund even after I provided the receipt and showing him thehair. I stayed at the store and called health Canada and to report this!! He even claimed that the employees wear hair nets andthey DO NOT!! This is the worst customer service I have ever heard of!! Lately they mess up all the orders. Shawarama has no sause at times or hardly any chicken. Today i ordered chicken shawarma n... got falafel wrap instead. Ruined all the mood & dinner for us. Ordered through skip so expected sub-par to begin with. The double meat in my shawarma tasted like taco beef and spice. I wanted... shawarma with garlic and hummus. I got lack of veggies and gross taco seasoning on the extra beef. Amount of extra wassufficient but taste made it unfinisheable. Read more
Love coming to this location compared to the rest that I've tried. Staff is super friendly and caters to my tastes and those of... my family in terms of customizing our sharwarma sandwiches. Flavour, quality and freshness of ingredientes is amazing. Its a goto spot whenever we don't want to cook and want a good and healthy meal. Read more
This location is absolutely impressive compared to the rest. Customer service is top notch here. For the first time, I felt that... the shawrama had appropriate quantity inside i.e meat and veggies proportion. All ingredients were fresh. Ordered two Shawarma wraps, one of them was fine and the other didn't have any chicken (literally no chicken) and was loaded... with lettuce and garlic sauce. It was delivery, and it was inedible. Tried calling at 8pm, three times, no answer. They're openuntil 10pm.
