Sushi was super fresh, service was amazing and the decor was very nice. Great atmosphere to be in, but most importantly the food... was terrific. All the items on the menu looks great but we ordered the love boat for 2 and one app. Price was reasonable and theportion was perfect. Would definitely come again! Read more

My friend and I got the two person love boat for lunch. Most of the sushi and sashimi was good but the tuna was completely... inedible. It made my friend gag so I only took a small bite. It tasted like blood (metallic) and was super fishy. I haven'tseen other reviews mentioning this so it might just have been an off day for the tuna but it definitely made the rest of thefood less enjoyable. Just be careful when ordering tuna. Kibo offers quick service and sushi downtown Oakville. The restaurant inside is fairly narrow and long with limited decor or... vibe. Outside dining on the patio curb-side In the summer is preferred. The sushi fish was fresh. The roll combinations wereinteresting and the menu is loaded with options. I really enjoyed the tuna and avocado tartare. The spicy chicken karage was atad heavy on the batter but the portion is very generous! The rolls were tasty but not very tight or finely rolled - from aaesthetic perspective they were loose.
